These two senior low-income social housing buildings house 157 affordable and secure rental suites. The buildings are pursuing Passive House certification. Mechanical systems designed by Raymond include central Passive House HRV with VRF system for partial cooling/heating, air source heat pump domestic hot water system, emergency generator, etc. Raymond was the mechanical lead for this project while at S+A. The buildings are currently under construction.
